I have been in the travel industry for 25 years this year and also have a background in hospitality. I very much look forward to seeing you on one of our hosted or coaching trips or even designing your own trip through our tailor-made service. At Golf to a Tee we are always looking for something new and exciting to offer our guests – look out for some new destinations and some unique experiences along with golf. As a golfer I love playing the courses you see on TV or finding a hidden gem off the beaten track. Personal favourites are Yas Links in Abu Dhabi, The Green Monkey in Barbados and most courses in South Africa – particularly the extreme 19th at Legend Golf Resort which includes a helicopter ride to the tee! My specialist areas include South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, the Middle East, Asia, Caribbean and Europe.

I have worked in the travel industry now for 11 years and specifically golf travel for 8 years and in this time, I have been fortunate to travel to some fantastic golf destinations around the world. From this knowledge, I enjoy creating amazing golf itineraries for our clients to enjoy. My areas of strength would be Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Middle East, Indian Ocean, South Africa, Caribbean & Central Vietnam. To date, I have hosted golf groups in South Africa & The Dominican Republic which offer great golf courses, amazing gastronomy, and stunning scenery.  I am looking forward to hosting more Golf to a Tee golf groups in the future. My biggest satisfaction when hosting our tours comes from seeing our clients enjoying their holidays.

I have been in the travel industry for many years, alongside my own adventures, I have worked as cabin crew for British Airways and for a retail Travel Agency as a sales consultant. At Golf to a Tee, I look after confirmed bookings, completing administration, liaising with our overseas ground handlers and agents regarding special requests, arranging supplier payments and preparing confirmation and departure documents. Although not a golfer currently the rest of the team are trying to persuade me to take it up!

I have been a keen golfer for over 35 years, representing my County when younger and holding a low single figure handicap for the majority of that time. I have golfed in Spain, Portugal, Turkey and the USA to name a few. I am now able to combine my love of golf with my love of travel and am excited to create amazing bucket list trips for our clients.

Put quite simply, Golf is my addiction! From a home simulator in my garage to playing Golf in the Bahamas on the morning of my Wedding, golf consumes my life! If I’m not talking about golf I’m probably thinking about golf. As your GTAT host I can promise you a fun, friendly and sociable trip both on and off the course for the duration of our trip. There are always some fun competitions thrown in along the way with the very fun and famous Team Multiplier a particular highlight. When off the course I’m always focused on organisation and planning to ensure every part of your trip is taken care of and we have nothing but smooth sailing for the duration. Gary is a PGA Advanced Professional and a former David Leadbetter senior instructor who has lectured and coached worldwide. He has played golf since the age of 8 and turned professional at 16. He has been personal coach to over 85 professional golfers on all tours. In 2005 Gary was elected as an Advanced Member of the British PGA Association for his achievements in coaching. For many years Gary was Head Coach for the Essex County golf squads and presided over their success in winning the county Championships. Gary has published over 300 articles on the golf swing and was recently recognised for 40 years PGA Membership. He is never short of a word of encouragement and loves to play golf with players of all levels. His friendly, relaxed coaching style puts pupils at ease to enjoy the learning experience.

Mario has been a PGA Professional for 27 years and is based in Estepona, Spain. Simple. Keep it simple! One thing at a time. A relaxed environment is always more enjoyable to work in, and more productive. I like to work specifically with each individual to get the most out of their game. No two players are the same, and there is no such thing as one swing for all. I believe it's really important for players to understand their own swing, and know the difference between what they do well, and the weaker tendencies they have, so over time, players can get back on track much quicker when things go off the boil! No technical jargon, just clear, simple ideas aimed at achieving results as quickly as possible. I am happy to work with players of all levels and abilities but feel I can help beginners and higher handicappers make the most progress, the quickest.

Oli's coaching journey began at The Warwickshire Golf & Country Club, where he served as an Assistant Golf Professional, teaching and developing a strong foundation in golf instruction, working closely with players of all skill levels to improve their game. Oli broadened his experience by accepting the role of Senior Teaching Professional at one of the finest Golf Academy’s in the world, Trump Turnberry, Scotland. During his time at the world-renowned golf resort, he progressed to Golf Academy Manager where he mentored a team of experienced teaching professionals. This opportunity allowed him to expand his coaching and work with a diverse range of golfers, including professionals, amateurs, and juniors. Oli's dedication and expertise earned him an award for customer service and coaching, highlighting his ability to create positive and impactful experiences for his students. In 2023 Oli relocated back to Warwickshire, working as a Senior Teaching Professional, at Kenilworth Golf Club, where he continues to inspire and guide golfers of all levels to reach their full potential. Oli's passion and enthusiasm allow him to create a relaxed and enjoyable learning environment, to help take your game to the next level, using the latest technologies to support modernised coaching strategies.
